UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
This position is an entry-level administrative support position to assist with the streamlining of the C-9 process by participating in the daily preparation, processing, and faxing of C-9s.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- Typing 30-40 WPM
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with capability to prioritize and work efficiently.
- Experience with working in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment.
- Working knowledge of PC and systems, proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
- Capable of handling sensitive information while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Physically able to sit for extended periods of time.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports directly to the Utilization Management Support Team Leader.
- Assist Utilization Management staff with the processing of C-9s.
- Identify possible On-Site Therapy candidates and process referrals when applicable.
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and place outgoing customer phone calls.
- Meet monthly quality and productivity goals.
- Provide stellar customer service to all of our customers (internal as well as external).
- Promote teamwork within all departments of UniComp.
- Maintain and demonstrate the Sheakley Core Values.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned.
