Job Summary

The Transportation Compliance Admin's primary responsibility is to provide support services to our clients by ensuring their driver files and other related compliance areas are up to date, with information being received, entered into our systems, and follow up on timely.

This is considered a hybrid position with no travel. This position requires the candidate to report to the office for the first two to three weeks for training. After that, they will transition into a hybrid work-from-home role, if desired. At that time, they will be expected to come to the office on Wednesdays, and other days as needed.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Processing client new hires
  • Receive client driver file information to review and upload
  • Transfer existing client driver data into our internal software
  • Communicate with clients to ensure accurate data is being received
  • Conduct regular checks on system reports to maintain client compliance

Qualifications/Education/Experience:

  • Highly efficient in working with computers
  • Adaptable to new computer software
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • High level of customer service skills is required
  • Experience working with multiple companies and switching between them throughout the day

Skills, Specialized Knowledge and Abilities

  • Must be highly organized and capable of managing a large, ever-changing, client workload
  • Ability to learn multiple systems used to manage client data & services
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Able to meet deadlines, work independently without direct supervision, as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service, telephonic, electronic, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to solve problems, analyze systems and data and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Technical experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Use of standard office equipment
