Mail Intake Specialist
Job Summary
The main responsibility of this position is to assist the Modified Duty Offsite Department with their administrative needs.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organizing and sorting of inbound mail.
- Preparing supply orders for customers and nonprofit organizations.
- Managing Inventory and ordering supplies
- Scanning, faxing and mailing documents to injured workers, clients, attorneys, physicians and RTW Examiners
- Administrative Support as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Organized, attention to detail, flexibility and strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment individually or as a team
- Effectively work with others to build consensus and rapport
Education and Experience
- Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a High School education or equivalent experience.
Physical Demands
- Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 30 lbs.
