Client Relations Manager

The Client Relations Manager works as the main point of contact for our clients in our worker's comp division, and helping oversee their worker's comp services.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports directly to the Director of Client Programs
• Client Satisfaction and Retention
• Identify areas of concerns and act as problem solvers
• Assist the employers in establishing an effective claims reporting system
• Participate in building the provider relationship with the clients
• Present any new information to the clients regarding Workers' Compensation
• Recommend cost savings programs for the employers
• Conduct client visits with the employers on a needed basis
• Provide training/education regarding UniComp and the Health Partnership Program procedures
• Suggest training opportunities and other education events
• Creatively resolve problems or complaints from the clients/teams
• Evaluate other opportunities for UniComp to grow in other lines of business or add on services.
• Identifies for networking opportunities and other ways to bring UniComp into community, across the state or nation.
• Act as a liaison between UniComp, the Bureau of Workers' Compensation and the employer
• Available to assist in any extra duties or special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years experience with customer service
• Minimum 2 years experience in the Health Insurance Industry or Workers' Compensation, including extensive knowledge of the Managed Care Organization process and Bureau of Workers' Compensation programs
• Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a High School education or equivalent
• Must conduct themselves in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance. This position does require some travel and reliable transportation.
